He has directly led ICT, Operations, corporate organization and regulated projects (AIFMD, MiFID, AML, ISO 9001), always also acting as business analyst and project manager for the projects he coordinated. In recent years, he has introduced an AI-first approach to software development, with generative AI agents used systematically throughout the delivery cycle.

Main Responsibilities

Design and implementation of end-to-end operating models in regulated financial environments (workflows, cross-functional flows, servicing models)

Collection and formalization of business requirements, gap analysis between systems, processes and application architectures

End-to-end coordination of migration, integration and application implementation projects (planning, progress meetings, Steering Committees)

Management of SIT and UAT with end users and vendors, defect management, cut-over and go-live

Coordination of technology and service outsourcers, management of relationships with the depositary bank and critical suppliers
