S.R. Infotech SRL is looking for a Technical-Functional Analyst with expertise in SEPA and payment systems for highly complex banking projects.
The candidate will work in a hybrid mode in Milan, dealing with technical analysis, documentation, integrations, development support and management of SEPA flows within mission-critical contexts.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Technical-Functional Analyst with experience in European payment systems and SEPA flows.
A person who is confident working with APIs, databases, queues, mapping, integrations and regulated banking processes.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of written and spoken English are required.
Main activities
1. Technical documentation

Drafting and updating integration documentation

Gathering requirements from IT and business teams

Constant alignment between documentation and implementation
2. System analysis and integration

Analysis of integrations between banking systems and external platforms

Understanding interfaces based on:

Relational databases

Messaging codes

APIs

File exchanges

Assessment of technical impacts, changes and releases
3. Development support

Technical clarifications to the dev team
-
Attendance at daily and analysis sessions

Validation of technical consistency with specifications
4. Defect management

Monitoring of incidents, anomalies and bugs

Root cause analysis

Coordination with development, QA and operations

Support for corrective releases
5. Collaboration and communication

Interaction with banks' technical and functional teams

Communication with external suppliers

Documentation and technical calls in Italian and English
Mandatory Technical Requirements

Experience in SEPA processes and European payment systems
-
Technical and functional analysis skills
-
Experience in REST API, DB, queue, file integrations

SQL knowledge

Familiarity with complex IT architectures

Good knowledge of the English language
Preferential Requirements (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of SEPA XML formats (pain/pacs/camt)

Experience in banking contexts

Knowledge of ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow)

Familiarity with testing and release processes

Knowledge of auditing, compliance and European standards
